Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to my first session?

What you need to bring to session 1 are as follows:

  1. Flat Shoes: No heel lifts, no arch supports, no excessive cushioning. Approved shoes can be found here. If you want to know why, watch this lecture.

  2. Clothing you can move in: For greatest ease of transition between mobility, stability and strength solutions, I recommend shorts and a tank top with sweats over the top.

  3. Willingness to learn: As you’ve seen in the Success Stories, I’ve been able to restore movement in people with diverse functional restrictions. My clients got those results because they approached Movement Restoration with an inquisitive mindset and did their homework.

Is Movement Restoration Challenging?

The challenges I give you progress as you gain mobility, stability, strength and the kinesthetic intelligence to use them in movement. Movement Restoration will be all you can handle, but no more.

Where are you located?

Make sure you read the schedule carefully to choose the location that works best for you. My home location is the Movement Restoration Facility. You will receive the address after we’ve had a conversation.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are considered final and you have 30 days from the purchase date of a consult to book it. You have 120 days from purchase of a pack of sessions to use them.

Do I need to complete the Consultation before booking a Guided Session?

Yes. The Consultation provides the essential assessment and custom plan that all Guided Sessions are based upon. It ensures our time together is maximally effective and personalized from the very first minute.

What is your cancellation policy?

I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to respect the time dedicated to your session.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, cheque and all major credit cards, debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
